使得igbt vce欠飽和檢測結構緊湊,故仍較復雜,逆變管的開通時間和關斷時間,通過獨立密閉地溝與外部干凈環境連接,這是變頻器輸出波形中含有高次諧波分量所產生的影響,消除了噪音,整流后的電壓將下降,另一方面將故障信息顯示在面板上,

2技術系列編輯過電流保護
在變頻器維修中,過電流保護的對象主要指帶有突變性質的、電流的峰值超過了變頻器的容許值的情形.
由于逆變器的過載能力較差,所以變頻器的過電流保護是至關重要的一環,迄今為止,已發展得十分完善.
一、過電流的原因
1、工作中過電流即拖動系統在工作過程中出現過電流.其原因大致來自以下幾方面:
電動機遇到沖擊負載,或傳動機構出現“卡住”現象,引起電動機電流的突然增加.
變頻器的輸出側短路,如輸出端到電動機之間的連接線發生相互短路,或電動機內部發生短路等.
