機器人焊(han)鉗用途:對車身下部(bu),側圍,前后蓋,四(si)門(men)等部(bu)位(wei)進行(xing)焊(han)接,以達到生(sheng)產工藝(yi)的需要(yao)。
2. 機器(qi)人焊鉗種(zhong)類(lei):大體可分為c型和(he)x型兩種(zhong)。
3. 機器(qi)人焊鉗組成及構造:焊鉗鉗體,極臂,水路循環系統(tong),氣路系統(tong),焊接變壓(ya)器(qi)及電氣輔件。
4. 水路循(xun)環系(xi)統主要作(zuo)用是冷卻(que)焊鉗極臂,變(bian)壓(ya)器,其中包括分水器,水流檢測器,水管,接頭等組成。
5. 氣(qi)(qi)路系(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)作用是通過信號(hao)控制換向閥從(cong)而控制焊鉗(qian)(qian)氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)處(chu)于(yu)不(bu)同狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai),使焊鉗(qian)(qian)處(chu)于(yu)輔助,小(xiao)口,焊接(jie)等(deng)不(bu)同狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。主(zhu)要(yao)包(bao)括電磁先導(dao)閥,兩位五通換向閥,閥座,減(jian)壓閥,氣(qi)(qi)壓表,氣(qi)(qi)管,焊接(jie)汽缸(gang)(gang),平衡汽缸(gang)(gang),壓力傳感器,快速排氣(qi)(qi)閥,消音器等(deng)組成。

點檢
1 檢查焊鉗極臂螺母(mu)是(shi)否(fou)松動,極臂是(shi)否(fou)牢固。
2 檢查(cha)極(ji)臂(bei)與二次電纜(lan)連接處是否(fou)松動(dong),如發現松動(dong)應立即(ji)緊固,防(fang)止(zhi)電纜(lan)于極(ji)臂(bei)打火。
3 檢(jian)查(cha)焊(han)鉗(qian)汽缸于鉗(qian)體連(lian)接處銷(xiao)子是否完好及磨(mo)損程度。
