伺服馬達正(zheng)余(yu)弦編碼(ma)器的相位對齊方式如下:
1。用一個直流電源(power supply)給電機(ji)的UV繞組通以小(xiao)于額(e)定(ding)電流的直流電,U入,V出,將電機(ji)軸定(ding)向至一個平衡位置;

2。用示(shi)波器(qi)觀察正余弦編碼器(qi)的C信號(hao)波形;
3。調整編碼器轉軸與馬(ma)達軸的相(xiang)對位置;

5。來回扭(niu)轉電(dian)機軸,撒(sa)手后,若(ruo)電(dian)機軸每次自(zi)由回復到(dao)平衡位置(position )時,過零點都能準(zhun)確復現,則對(dui)齊(qi)有效。
撤掉直流電源后,驗證(Experimental)如下:
1。用示波(bo)器觀察編碼器的(de)C相(xiang)信號和(he)電機的(de)UV線反電勢波(bo)形;
2。轉(zhuan)動電(dian)機(ji)軸,編(bian)碼器的(de)C相信號由低(di)到高的(de)過零(ling)(ling)點(dian)與電(dian)機(ji)的(de)UV線反電(dian)勢波形由低(di)到高的(de)過零(ling)(ling)點(dian)重合。
